FAQ

Shipping

Domestic:

  • Orders are shipped via USPS First Class (or Priority Mail) within 48 hours of purchase. If it falls under a weekend or holiday, there may be a delay for the tracking to update. Otherwise, orders are dropped off at the Post Office Monday through Saturdays.
  • Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight & size of the item. Some items, may only have the Priority Mail option, as it is too heavy to ship First Class.

  • Tracking will be provided after the item is shipped. Once USPS has taken possession of the package, MadHouse Collectibles is not responsible for the estimated delivery date, filing claims, and etc. Please use your tracking number and contact USPS.

International:

  • Shipping charges will vary based on the size and weight of the package. 
  • Please be patient as we are currently in a pandemic, all packages leaving the USA as well as arriving the destination country will be delayed. It may take longer than expected to arrive. Once it leave our hands, it is at the discretion of the postal service. We cannot control how fast or when you will receive the package.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

Returns:

Only accepted if the item is damaged. Please contact MadHouse Collectibles and request for a return & refund. Upon contacting us, please be ready to show photographs of the damage.

Refunds:

Refunds can take up to 7 to 10 business days to return to your payment method. Sometimes it may be sooner, it all depends on your financial institution.

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges, but under rare circumstances, we may approve it. For example: if the wrong item was shipped out to you from what was ordered, we will cover the shipping for you to the ship the item back to us, and ship you the correct item purchased. Exchanges will NOT be granted, because a change of mind or no longer wanting the item.

Packaging

We at MadHouse Collectibles, believe that all collectibles should be packaged & handled with care all the way to our customers. We use ULine boxes with up to 200 pounds crush proof. Bubble wrap and paper will be included in the packaging for additional protection. For lighter items, we use bubble padded poly mailers, water proof and added level of protection. Again, all items will be bubble wrapped as well.
